I am pleased to announce that I have taken on the role of Topic Editor for the Special Issue on “Intent-Based Networking for the Internet of Things” in Frontiers in the Internet of Things.

Together with Dr. Nikolaos Athanasopoulos, Dr. John Violos and Dr. Aroosa Hameed, in this Research Topic we aim to explore novel IoT IBN concepts, architectures, and mechanisms and come up with enabling techniques for applications and use cases, including 5G and beyond and 6G adaptations.
